Pequannock Township is providing a leadership role as the coalition’s state grant recipient and its fiscal intermediary. The coalition has established a planning relationship with the Morris Regional Public Health Partnership, Inc.,  and reports its activities to that organization. The coalition is now managed by Robert Schermer, Coalition Coordinator. Mr. Schermer founded the coalition in 2003 immediately following the completion of the Morris County Cancer Needs Analysis, a research effort with which his firm, Strategic Innovation Management, LLC, participated and provided a leadership role.
